Roberto Cepeda is an Ecuadorian American born in Bronx, New York. He considers himself a Texan since his relocation in 1982. His parents were New Church Plant missionaries through the Baptist Home Mission Board. Roberto is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Business Administration. He served as the Vice President of National Distribution for a US Foodservice company. He has served in various managerial and executive positions within his 30+ year career. He is Founder, President of Inspiration Consulting Group. In 2022, he also birthed Seedbox Global Ministries where he is Founder and Chief Servant Officer. He has served on the Board of Directors of Christian Mens Job Corps of Arlington, Texas.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Roberto’s heart desire is to be a global servant leader and Missions Mobilizer. With the deliberate intent to expand the Kingdom of God and give Glory to His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Roberto has ministered in various countries as part of a missionary evangelical team – N.E. Ecuador, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Spain, Cuba, and a number of cities in the USA.

Mayra Cepeda is a native Texan and Mexican-American who grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She received her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts Spanish from the University of Texas at Arlington. She later earned a Texas Teaching License with a concentration in secondary grades and taught for more than 20 years across several levels of education using her bilingual skills in various community settings. Retiring from teaching, Mayra pursued a higher education to become a bi-lingual Interpreter. In addition to her previous studies, she holds a master’s degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Missions from Dallas Baptist University, a Certificate in Interpreting from UTA, and is a Certified Medical Interpreter through the National Board of Certified Medical Interpreters. Mayra is owner and President of PuraVida4U which is a Wellness and Interpreting organization. She is Vice President of Inspiration Consulting Group. She is also Co-Founder of Seedbox Global Ministries. God has allowed Mayra to minister in various countries as part of a missionary evangelical team – Ecuador, Cuba, Belize and a number of cities in the USA. Her strong desire to share the gospel globally and lead others to do the same is her motivation to become a Missions Mobilizer. 

Roberto and Mayra have been married for 33 years but have been together a total of 38 years. They have 3 wonderful children – Corinne, Roberto and Samantha. The Lord has been gracious to add their “son-in love” Samuel to the family. Corinne and Samuel have 2 children – Jameson and Lucia. Roberto and Mayra love traveling, movies, shopping and being with family and friends. Above all, they love spoiling their grandchildren!
